Room Tax:
As of January 2006, the local room tax   has gone up from 8% to 12%.

Policy:
$10.00 per person additional charge for rooms that have more than 2 guests.
$10.00 per hour charge for late check-out past 11:00am.
No Refund for early check-out.
7 day cancellation policy prior arrival date. One day room charge for cancellations that   do not meet the 7 day cancellation policy.
